How Do I Apply For PLUS! Card?

In-Store Purchase

You can purchase the card from all Unity outlets. Simply pay a one-time membership fee of $10 and start enjoying LinkPoints!

1. Where can I apply for a Plus! Card?
   
   You can apply for a Plus! Card by purchasing it at any Unity outlets, with a one-time fee of $10.
   (Also available at NTUC Income, NTUC Club, selected Cheers and FairPrice outlets and NTUC Centre.)
   
   
2. How does the Plus! Programme works?
   
   Earning LinkPoints or Enjoying Privileges:
   
   Present your Plus! Card upon payment and earn LinkPoints or enjoy Plus! Privileges.
   
   Redemption of LinkPoints:
   
   Once you have activated your Plus! card online, you can start redeeming your LinkPoints as cash to offset your purchases.
   
   
3. When is the expiry date for the Plus! Card?
   
   Currently there is no expiry for the Plus! Card. Only the LinkPoints earned has an expiry. The LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on 30 June of the following year
   
   
4. How can I check my LinkPoints balance?
   
   You can check your LinkPoints balance via:

5. Can I combine the LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption?
   
   Yes, you may combine LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are not expired.
   
   
6. If I lose my Plus! Card or when it is damaged or stolen, how do I get a new card?
   
   Please report the loss of card to NTUC Link Pte Ltd (Customer Service hotline: 6223 5225). The Card may be replaced with a replacement fee of $3.00 or 450 LinkPoints.
   
   You may make cash payment at the Member's Services Centre located at NTUC Centre, No. 1 Marina Boulevard, Basement. If payment is by cheque, it must be crossed and issued in favour of "NTUC Link Pte Ltd". Replacement form may be downloaded from the website at www.plus.com.sg.
   
   
7. If I fail to present my Plus! Card at the time of purchase but manage to provide the store with my card number, can I still enjoy the benefits and/or get the LinkPoints re-credited to my account by presenting the receipt at a later time?
   
   In order to enjoy the benefits and for the card number to be read successfully, it is required for the Plus! Card to be swiped on our machine during the transaction process. Thus, please remember to bring your Plus! Card with you whenever you shop at our outlets.
   
   
8. If there is any change to my personal information, how should I update my data for my Plus! Card?
   
   You may update any change in your personal particulars through any one of the following ways:
